Where will the Employment Tribunal hearing be held?

After you submit your claim to the Tribunal, you will be provided with information about when and where your hearing will be held.

The location of the hearing is determined by the postcode of the location where you usually worked. The Tribunals Service website provides a full list of postcode areas and which of the Employment Tribunal Hearing Centres they relate to (link opens in a new window).

If you usually worked in West Yorkshire, your Employment Tribunal hearing will probably be at the Leeds Hearing Centre. This is on Albion Street in the City Centre.

The Tribunal should provide you with a map and directions to the Hearing Centre to help you arrive at the right place in good time for your hearing.
